United States of America

The US has complex regulations since every state has its own regulations. Even the lottery is not present in all states with 6 states out of the picture. For years, land-based casinos were available in Nevada but over the years, other states also legalized land-based casinos for a total of 13 states. In May 2018, the Supreme Court removed the federal ban from sports betting, allowing individual states to legalize sports betting if they want.
