From customer service to technology and more, you can’t afford to stand pat for too long.

Sure, if you have a successful business model, there is no reason to tear it down and start all over again.

That said you likely will need to tweak things as time goes by. This allows you to stay current and not seem like you are falling behind the times.

When you have many reasons to smile about your business, know that you are doing a good job of running it.
